The RunRite Challenge is a self improvement challenge open to runners as athletes who have personal records averaging at least 5:30 min to 12 min pace in events from 800 Mile to Marathon. 

You don't have to be the biggest, strongest or fastest to win. Our competition has been created to reward athletes for their own individual progress!  

To win, all you run faster than you have in the past and reduce you risk of runner related injuries!

  • 30% of Your Score is How Far You Run in 60 Seconds 
  • 30% of Your Score is Based on a Grade of Your Runner Technique & Movement Efficiency
  • 40% of Your Score is the Percentage of Improvement You make in Your Race or Event
