HOW TO START YOUR ARCH ACTIVATION AND FOOT STRENGTHENING PROGRAM

  • Step 1 Place our foot strengthening and arch activation kit inside your shoes.
  • Step 2: Gradually Advance through the insert levels
  • Step 3: While advancing through the levels perform any prescribed exercises or stretches to release any restrictions in your body which have caused knee pain, hip pain, back pain and more!  

*Some of our kits come with a 7th insert for the 7th month.

Athletes may be able to progress through the levels in less than one month but no faster than weekly changes..
